Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. Warrior.
God is separating! It is written; “Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division” [between believers and unbelievers]. (Luke 12:51) “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left. (Matthew 25:31-33) There are 2 teams, God’s team, and the OTHER TEAM! If you are not choosing to be on GOD’S TEAM, then you are NATURALLY on the OTHER TEAM! Hear the Word of the Lord; But when your eye is unhealthy, your whole body is filled with darkness. And if the light you think you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness is! “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money”. (Matthew 6:23-24) It is clear that the WOKE world, and the KINGDOM of GOD, are 2 different teams! How could they not be? The WISDOM of the 2 teams is DIFFERENT. One is the MIND OF CHRIST, and one is the wisdom of man! James 3:15 states, “This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic.”
Leader, Dr. Henry Morris, in the New Defender’s Study Bible, gives this comment on verse 14: “The ‘natural’ man, still unsaved, cannot appreciate spiritual truths. He must first understand Christ’s atoning sacrifice for him, but even that is ‘foolishness’ to him (1:18) until the Holy Spirit Himself convicts him of its reality (John 16:7-11).” Basically, the “natural” man is one who does not have the Holy Spirit residing within him. As Jesus said, “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit” (John 3:6). – (gotquestions.org/natural-man.html) Continuing in the article; Paul uses the word natural to refer to someone still in his original (sinful) state. The Greek word psuchikos (“natural”) can be defined as “animal,” as opposed to “spiritual.” Natural men are those who are occupied with the things of this material world to the exclusion of the things of God. They are led by instinct rather than by the Spirit of God. They intuitively choose sin over righteousness. They are the “pagans” Jesus refers to in Matthew 6:32 who only seek after the things of this world. The supernatural work of God is to change the natural man into a spiritual one. When a person trusts Christ, God exchanges what is natural (received from Adam) for what is spiritual (received from Christ). “As in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive” (1 Corinthians 15:22). The Christian life is, therefore, a supernatural one. We do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit (Romans 8:1).
Conduit, this is why we need to examine ourselves and understand what\ is driving our decisions? We are either thinking like the WORLD or thinking like the LORD. They are 2 different ways of “seeing things”. One is man’s understanding, and one is God’s wisdom. Chuck Smith posited, “A man who is filled with the HOLY SPIRIT who does NOT have a Harvard education, is a better teacher of Spiritual matters than some professor that knows all the original languages, trained in the seminary- but NOT BORN AGAIN! The Greek word ‘ginosko’\’gnōnai’, used here means, to know by experience or by study. To know, especially through personal experience (first-hand acquaintance). It means to experientially know, not just a “book knowledge”- not by RELIGION, but by RELATIONSHIP! This is why it is easy to see what TEAM one truly belongs to by how they embrace, or distance themselves from the worldly\fleshly WOKENESS of the times we are living in. In a great article about CRT, Dr. Everett Piper titled the article with this CHRIST centered heading; ‘Critical race theory is the opposite of Christianity. The gospel is not about revenge for injustice — it’s about forgiveness’. He was talking about how he was interviewed about CRT, from a “religious news service”. They wanted to get his views concerning Critical Race Theory, they wanted to know why he opposed it. ‘I told the reporter that I am against CRT because it is the exact opposite of the Gospel of Christ. “How so?” he asked. “Well,” I said, “First of all, CRT is grounded in revenge. Second, while it preaches ‘justice,’ it talks nothing of forgiveness, and third, it is driven by conflict rather than confession. Finally, CRT is the opposite of Christianity because it ignores the core message of Christ; it is completely void of forgiveness.” The natural man is burning down the country in the name of JUSTICE- no Justice, no Peace. The ‘Child of God’ understands that we all fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him (Jesus) the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53:6) With this wisdom, with this MIND OF CHRIST, we should be marching for forgiveness, mercy, grace, understanding…. No Jesus, No Peace- KNOW JESUS, KNOW PEACE! If you want to be on GOD’S TEAM, then you must follow Jesus’ example! Hear the Word of the LORD; But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires. (Romans 13:14) It is time to CHOOSE Teams! The Lord or the world?
