A true WARRIOR of God, one IN THE WORD, walking WITH THE WORD, wanting to HONOR THE WORD- knows what Time it is; THE TIME IS NOW! The sons of Issachar were a company of leaders in Israel who understood the times! Their “prophetic” awareness was rooted in the prophetic word spoken over the head of their tribe, Issachar, by his father Jacob. Our God is a God of order and wisdom. He is looking for those willing to AVAIL and COMMIT to HIM and HIS WORD! Where is your treasure? (Matthew 6:21)
Leader, in 1 Chronicles 12 David, our KING, was running for his life from SAUL, the world’s KING. David needed a POSSE to survive, to thrive and to make GOD’S plans COME ALIVE! Warriors came to join David at Ziklag, while he was hiding from Saul, to join him in THE BATTLE! From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe with their relatives. All these men understood the signs of the times and knew the best course for Israel to take. (1 Chronicles 12:32) For Even KINGS seek out WISE WARRIORS who UNDERSTAND THE TIMES!
Conduit, are you willing to BE USED BY GOD in these final days? In the book of Esther when Queen Vashti wouldn’t respond to the King’s request, He sought the counsel of those who were considered WISE. Then the king said to the wise men who knew the times (for this was the king’s procedure toward all who were versed in law and judgment, (Esther 1:13) GET READY- for the TIME IS NOW… to KNOW HIS WORD and to KNOW THE TIME! Proverbs 2 tells us; All wisdom comes from the Lord, so do common sense and understanding. God gives helpful advice to everyone who obeys him and protects all of those who live as they should. God sees that justice is done, and he watches over everyone who is faithful to him. (2:6-8) Know HIM, by knowing HIS WORD- and you will KNOW the PEACE that surpasses all understanding and that is WISDOM!
