Way of The Warrior- A Daily Devotional

Then another came, saying, ‘Lord, here is your mina, which I kept laid away in a handkerchief; for I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man. You take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.’ He said to him, ‘I will condemn you with your own words, you wicked servant! You knew that I was a severe man, taking what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow? -Luke 19:20-22 ESV

Warrior;
Let they who have eyes to see, SEE, and ears to hear, HEAR! We need to look beyond the words, and pray that the HOLY SPIRIT reveal to us. We should always CALL ON the Holy Spirit to remove the veil from scripture so we can KNOW GOD through HIS WORD. It is the HOLY SPIRIT’S job to illuminate scripture, to reveal the meaning of scripture and let that scripture change us at the SPIRIT level, which is beyond the flesh level of understanding. It requires ‘Spiritual Eyes’; “O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see.” (2 Kings 6:17)

Leader, there’s difference between our Salvation and our INHERITANCE. There’s difference between getting into heaven and the authority to rule with CHRIST, our gifts, our rewards- our INHERITANCE in heaven! There is a judgement seat of Christ, where our works will be thrown into the fire and only that which was done in the name of GOD, for GOD’s glory because of God’s guidance- will remain. What are you doing with what God has given you—FOR GOD and HIS PEOPLE?

Conduit, just because God gave you a good family, a good living and a good place on this planet-doesn’t mean you are GOOD!! Do you elevate yourself above others because of your financial adviser, your great family and your lack of struggles? Do you look down upon people struggling and say, “Get a financial adviser, manage your money better, make better decisions…” as you sit on your throne? What great sin did Jesus commit that He was crucified? What great sins and mistakes did Paul, Job, Peter, John and other followers of Christ- that caused them to struggle so much? God’s economy= God’s people, using God’s resources, for God’s people for God’s glory! What are you doing with God’s stuff- who are you GIVING TO? Who’s Kingdom are you investing in?
