So I set out to learn everything from wisdom to madness and folly. But I learned firsthand that pursuing all this is like chasing the wind. The greater my wisdom, the greater my grief. To increase knowledge only increases sorrow. (Ecclesiastes 1:17-18 NLT)

We are natural born procrastinators.  The number one way we procrastinate is: I DON’T KNOW.  That is where the saying, “Ignorance is Bliss” comes from.  If you don’t know your marriage is broken, then you don’t need to work on it.  If you don’t know that coach is molesting your child after practice, because you’re too busy building your kingdom on this planet, instead of being where you should be- then you don’t need to look at your lifestyle choices.  If we DON’T know, then we don’t have to DEAL WITH IT!  As we are reminded: Denial is not only a river in Egypt, it is everywhere!  If you don’t know you are sick, then why would you need a physician- never-the-less a, GREAT PHYSICIAN? If you don’t know you are a SINNER, then why would you need a SAVIOR? Don’t be a fool!

Leader, The word fool is used 71 times in the Book of Proverbs alone. Why would God talk about that word, FOOL, so frequently in the book of wisdom? Reasoning suggests there must be something inherently wrong with being a fool, and GOD DEEMS it is important that we understand the FOLLY OF A FOOL.  The Hebrew word for the word fool is “nabal” and means SENSELESS – according to God the fool makes NO SENSE- it is NONSENSE! “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God’” (Psalm 14:1, 53:1).  The Bible says you are a FOOL if you have eyes to see but WON’T: “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.  Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge” (Psalm 19:1-2).  If you’ve been out on a starry night, you must conclude that this universe and all its vastness did not cause or create itself.  The order and symmetry of the heavenly bodies are like a well-tuned orchestra that works to perfection (Isaiah 45:18) because God is a God of order and not of chaos or confusion (1 Cor 14:33).

Conduit, the enemy’s #1 weapon formed against us is CONFUSION.  Don’t be a fool and harden your heart toward God.  We see the ramifications of a nation no longer following after GOD, but instead following the desires of their heart. “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.  The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The wicked are too proud to seek God. They seem to think that God is dead”. (Mat 15:19, 12:34, Genesis 6:5, Psalm 10:4) GOD IS NOT DEAD and HE IS NOT SLEEPING- HE IS RETURNING! The Greek word Jesus used for fool “aphrōn” is like that in Hebrew and means “without reason” or “senseless.”  Don’t be a fool, put on the APRON of GOD, Jesus the CHRIST and be covered by HIS BLOOD, HIS LOVE.  Common Sense and Reason tell us- we are in the FINAL DAYS of the END OF DAYS.  We are on a rescue mission to save as many fools as we can before the GREAT TRIBULATION! I want you to understand this mystery, dear brothers and sisters, so that you will not feel proud about yourselves. Some of the people of Israel have hard hearts, but this will last only until the full number of Gentiles comes to Christ. People get READY the LION is about to ROAR, don’t be a fool!
