In the morning David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it by the hand of Uriah. In the letter he wrote, “Set Uriah in the forefront of the hardest fighting, and then draw back from him, that he may be struck down, and die.” And as Joab was besieging the city, he assigned Uriah to the place where he knew there were valiant men. And the men of the city came out and fought with Joab, and some of the servants of David among the people fell. Uriah the Hittite also died. -2 Sam 11:14-17 ESV

Warrior;

We all have our The Bible tells us that Amman (then known as Rabbah), it was known as Philadelphia while the Romans and Byzantines controlled it- was the place where King David of Israel sent Uriah the Hittite to certain death. It is an ugly story, but one that teaches us an important lesson to us all!  We have all walked in our own Amman! We went astray from God and were doing the desires of the flesh.

Leader, when you find yourself in Rabbah you must take the 3 steps to get back to the promise land and walk with God; Confess, Repent and then Reconcile. Confess; agree with God; I was wrong, you are right-I have sinned against you. Repent; change your mind, do something different, go another way! Then and only then can you Reconcile; reestablish a close relationship between, to bring to acceptance, to make compatible, harmonious or consistent!

Conduit, Satan is the accuser of the brethren, He is constantly taking something we did, thought, or DID NOT DO and replaying it, making it as bad, and unacceptable to God as possible. Then he is wanting to remind God of who we WERE, and what we did.  But what He doesn’t want us to remember: Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. (Acts 13:38) God only remembers you as a person after His own heart.  He has removed your sins from you- as far  as the EAST is from the WEST. That is why Satan has to keep reminding HIM, because you are written in the LAMB’s BOOK OF LIFE. Amen!
