Warrior;
Jesus paid it all! Salvation is by GRACE alone, through FAITH alone in CHRIST ALONE! Satan through some in the church, wants us to believe there are some necessary moral behavior or religious behavior to qualify you to receive salvation? All throughout the New Testament we are told we can come as a bare naked sinner, having accomplished absolutely nothing that gains favor with God and be saved in that stark kind of desperate condition!

Leader, in the story of the Prodigal Son, the father represents the Lord Jesus Christ. In the parable He sees the desperate son- sinner, from afar and RUNS to him, throws his arms around him, kisses him all over the head and embraces him as his son! Without the sinner-son doing anything He puts the robe of entitlement on him, He puts the ring of authority on him and He puts sandals on him. Sandals were worn by sons- slaves were barefoot.

Conduit we see in the story that God in Christ has fully embraced the sinner before the sinner can do anything to make things right. That’s the gospel of grace! Beware of the false circumcision, don’t be a Judaizer and buy into the lie that you must add to what Christ did on the Cross- that you need works. Behind me Satan!
