Warrior;

This is a verse that many followers of Christ use when things are bad, when things are dark, when things are confusing.  It is used kind of like Romans 8:28; And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Both of those verses are to FEEL GOOD in a BAD FEELING time. But, look beyond the ‘feel good’ and see the PURPOSE.  GOD HAS PLANS FOR YOU.  Even though God sits above time, HE is always ON TIME and NEVER LATE! God is PURPOSIVE in ALL THINGS, including HIS CHILDREN’S and His creature’s lives. God calls us His masterpiece, His crafted work, His intentional creation, His artistry. In Ephesians 2 where God is telling us that even though we were dead in sins, God was working with us, to make us a beautiful creation. God tells Paul that we are an active, ongoing creation. We are called His workmanship, however, going back to the original language, the Greek word is:ποίημα (poiēma); POEM- meaning work of art, crafted creation, something made with intention. You are God’s crafted artistry, His intentional, purposeful, beautiful creation.

Leader, For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. (Ephesians 2:10) Do you see it yet?  He is USING US!  The Holy Trinity is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit- 3 distinct roles, yet ONE! (Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 44:6, I Corinthians 8:6) The Holy Spirit is our HELPER, He is our PARAKLEET, our footing, so that we can STAND FIRM! One of the HOLY SPIRITS jobs is to enact the WILL OF THE FATHER.  How does He do this? God works through us, through God’s Children, through His Conduits, through those He rescued, CALLED, FOREKNEW, PREDESTINED: see Romans 8:29-30.  God activated HIS CALLED, so He can use them for HIS PURPOSE.  We are like SLEEPER CELLS.  Once we have been ACTIVATED, He wants to use us for HIS PURPOSIVE actions.  God is not only Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent; He is also Omnitelic! God is NOT finished with you yet; NOT YET! If He was done with you, then you would be in the Heavenlies and NOT still on this Earth, in that body.  God is still writing the story, your story- and it’s a beauty, a Poem!

Conduit, once we have been activated, now we must seek His instructions on the MISSION POSSIBLE assignment.  Our job is to activate HIS OTHER CHILDREN. (Matthew 28:19) John Maxwell says we are to be GUIDES. Despite the fact that we are all broken, ALL fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), we are called to effectively guide those who follow. God is creating something special in all of us, we are His POEMS. He has purpose for all things.  Hear the Word of the Lord; I will instruct you and teach you IN the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. (Psalm 32:8) A GUIDE gets a person or group safely to a planned destination. Again going to the Hebrew word for guide and this gives us several clues as to what God expects from those of us who have been SAVED, CALLED OUT, and are still working on this earth.  A GUIDE is a spiritual head who unites and directs people in their walk with God. We take people on a straight path that leads to fellowship with God, we give ACCURATE and GODLY counsel to those who need it, we LEAD with gentleness and trustworthiness, making others feel safe!  A GUIDE bases ALL HIS or HER direction on the SPIRIT and the WORD OF GOD.  We must know what matters, and what does not. Who cares what you think, or I think, who cares what the opinion of the WORLD IS- the only thing that matters is what GOD says, what GOD WILLS and what is GOD’S WAY!  Today either BE A GUIDE or FIND A GUIDE because God has prepared great works for you to do, He knows the plans He has for you.  When people ask you how you are doing, the only response is; I AM IN THE HANDS OF GOD!  Amen!
