Dear Scott V. Black,

As CEO of Spartan Group of Companies, a company specializing in engineering, steel fabrication, and construction services, I have always believed that leadership begins from within. But nothing in my years of professional development could have prepared me for the transformational experience of Leadership Awakening.

This course did more than teach me how to lead; it changed the way I think, live, and connect with others. It put me on a better course and set me on a higher trajectory personally, professionally, and spiritually. I have come away renewed, refocused, and recommitted to living and leading like it truly matters.

Because of what I experienced, my entire leadership team will be attending the next Leadership Awakening class.
