Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me. “So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven—except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come. -Matthew 12:30-32 NLT
Warrior;
Have you chosen? Have you picked a side? For 6000 years man has been able to live with one foot in the Kingdom of God and one foot in the world. Times have changed, and it is time to MAKE A CHANGE! It is time to PICK A SIDE, pick a team. Believers cannot serve both God and the world. Choosing sides in a spiritual battle isn’t optional, inaction is a decision. We were made for a purpose, not for passivity. There is an illusion of neutrality. God wants us to PICK A SIDE– BE All in, or all out! In the book of Revelation, when Jesus is rebuking the church of Laodicea this is what He tells the church! Hear the Word of the Lord; I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other! So because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of My mouth! (Revelation 3:15-16) Keep it Simple Soldier, there are only 2 teams: God’s team and the other team! Too many Christians are wanting to deny things of the Bible to fit in, or to NOT OFFEND people of the world. It is time to get off the fence. If you are a follower of the RISEN JESUS, then get off the FENCE and get ALL IN!
Leader, There is a story about a large group of people that gathered in a field. On one side stood Jesus, and on the other side stood Satan. A fence ran down the middle, dividing the two. Jesus called to the people, and so did Satan. One by one, people made their choice. Some went to Jesus, some to Satan. But one man didn’t choose. He climbed up onto the fence and sat there, thinking he could avoid deciding. Eventually, Jesus and His followers disappeared. So did Satan and his crowd. The man sat alone on the fence. Suddenly, Satan returned, looking around as if searching for something. His eyes landed on the man and he said, “There you are. Come with me.” The man protested, “Wait! I didn’t choose you. I was sitting on the fence.” Satan smiled and replied, “That’s okay. I own the fence.” Neutrality isn’t neutral when it comes to spiritual matters. Sitting on the fence is, in itself, a choice. The enemy thrives in passivity! In the realm of Spiritual Warfare neutrality is a myth and there shall be NO COMFORT ON THE FENCE! It is our Fear, indecision, flesh and cultural pressure that makes us choose the fence.
Conduit, Jesus said, “No one can serve two masters. He will either hate the one and love the other, or be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money” (Matthew 6:24). In John 15:18-21 Jesus tells his followers that if the world hates them, they should remember it hated him first. He explains that they are not part of the world, but he has chosen them out of it, which is why the world hates them. We don’t need a LITTLE JESUS- we need to CHOOSE ALL OF JESUS! It is time to realize we are in a war and we are falling short. The reality is we have not chosen well- UP UNTIL NOW! It is written; You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. Those I love I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be earnest and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me. To the one who overcomes, I will grant the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. (Revelation 3:17-21) Choose well, choices have consequences! Amen and Ouch!
