The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” – Exodus 34:7-8 ESV

The Word of God is inspired by God. The Word of God is like an owner’s manual. It is instructions from our Creator about how to Maneuver through this fleshly experience in the best possible way, with the best possible outcome. The Bible has been said to be an acronym which means: Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. The writer of the book of Hebrews tells us, “For this world is not our home; we are looking forward to our everlasting home in heaven”. (Hebrews 13:14) Like a good Father and\or Mother, they are always teaching us. Teaching us to help us be all we can be, teaching us so that our lives will be fuller, healthier, more fulfilling. Outside of the Eternal price of sin- which Jesus paid it all- God does not remove the consequences from our sins. He walks with us, but he knows that we are primarily motivated by moving towards things we like and moving away from things we don’t like. Psychologists call this Neuro Associative Conditioning, or just ‘Conditioning’. Our Father knows unless we experience the pain\disappointment of choices we will never learn to make different, better choices.
Leader, hear the Word of the Lord, ‘Those of you who are left will waste away in the lands of their enemies because of their sins; also because of their ancestors’ sins they will waste away’. This is where we need to understand the WHOLE Bible and not just take a couple verses out and make them mean what we want them to mean. God is not CURSING people, but we are! It is written, “Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers.” (Deuteronomy 24:16) [Amaziah] did not put to death the children of the murderers, according to what is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, where the Lord commanded, “Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers. But each one shall die for his own sin.” (2 Kings 14:6) Hear the Word of the Lord, The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself’. What God means by today’s verse is that as CHILDREN OF GOD we help create the environment that others live in. Today, in America we are living in the sins of our Fathers. One example: In the late 1960s, 11 states liberalized their abortion laws. And in 1973, the Supreme Court established the legal right to access abortion nationwide with its landmark decision in the Roe v. Wade case. We curse people by the environment, the culture, the acceptable norms- that we accept, participate in creating, or encourage in others. These behaviors become law, and acceptable behavior, even preferred activity.
Conduit, In the greatest sermon ever delivered by the greatest Pastor, Rabbi, Teacher who ever wore flesh- Jesus begins by letting us know how important we are to affecting our environment by the way we LIVE OUR LIVE, by the choices we make and the decisions we choose to STAND FIRM on. Hear Jesus’ words from the Sermon on the Mount, “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its savor, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men”. (Matthew 5:13) Salt has 3 specific uses that allow us to understand our role in society, for as God said WE ARE THE SALT! Salt has Antiseptic qualities, it heals. Salt has preservative qualities; it preserves by reducing the amount of water available for microbes to grow and reproduce. Lastly, salt improves taste, it is a seasoning. This is our calling, our opportunity in relation to this fallen world. Today is ELECTION DAY, and it is your chance to be SALT. Elections are about SPIRITS, which SPIRIT are we going to let rule over us? What is the Spirit of the Democrat party, and what is the Spirit of the Republican party? Whichever party wins the White House will create laws and acceptable behavior that we must LIVE IN, that our CHILDREN must live in. Does God want babies being killed by the millions? Does God want a child born from a botched abortion to be left alone to die? Does God want our children to be confused about who He is and what their gender is? Does God want America to continue to move further away from Him and His counsel? IF you are a child of God then Yahweh is your God, Jesus is your Savior, but the President you vote for gets to create the environment that OUR children must live in. Vote like God is watching and the safety and security of our children depend on it. Because it does, and He is watching- it does NOT stay in the booth! If 40 million ‘Christian’ Americans that did not vote in the last election would vote like God is watching, then our children would have a more hopeful future, and we just might have a REVIVAL IN AMERICA! Let us vote to Make America Godly Again!
