Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You yourselves are our letter, inscribed on our hearts, known and read by everyone. It is clear that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. – 2 Corinthians 3:1-3 BSB

Warrior;
What are you living for? How are you doing? Why are you here? Are you fulfilling your purpose? It is said that a Picture is with 1000 words. The typical human being speaks from 120-150 wpm (words per minute). One picture- something you are doing, as people can see what you are doing\how you are living- is worth 6-8 minutes of verbal explanation, expression, or justification. In other words, what you are doing speaks so loudly that people can’t hear the SERMON you are PREACHING. There are many who “identify” as Christians, however, if we removed the placard would anybody SEE JESUS in our actions? Without saying a word about your beliefs, would people see the Love, the Works, or the Word of our Lord? If there were no words spoken at your EULOGY, what story would your life tell? Would it be about you, or about HIM?

Leader, it is written; Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. (Colossians 3:23-24) Why are you doing what you do? Leaders question themselves. Aristotle, the Apostle Paul, and many others, have told us that an Unexamined life is NOT worth living. At the end of this second letter that Paul sent to the believers in Corinth, Paul states by divine inspiration; Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Can’t you see for yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you—unless you actually fail the test? (2 Corinthians 13:5-6) When Paul was Saul and he was doing what he THOUGHT was the will of God, He needed papers to show who he was representing- the RELIGIOUS LEADERS. He needed those papers so that people knew that WHATEVER HE WAS DOING, he had a HOLY REASON for doing it. But Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked him for letters to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. (Acs 9:1-2)

Conduit, in a world wrapped up in WHO YOU ARE, we need to make sure we know WHO’S WE ARE. When we know WHO’S we are, then we have a better understanding of WHO WE ARE. When we know WHO WE ARE then WHAT TO DO is much simpler. If a picture is worth 1000 words, then our ministry is written through our actions. Our actions come from our Belief Systems; Everything we do, or do not do, is driven by our beliefs. The Bible puts it this way; The good man brings good things out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. (Luke 6:45) When you, or others, question your actions, do you need papers (explanations) to justify what you are doing? If it was illegal to be a follower of the Risen Jesus, would there be enough evidence to convict you? If people were to look at the FRUIT of your life, where would they wind up if they followed the FRUIT TO THE ROOT? When Jesus was incarnate, His one focus was to do His Fathers business. In the Gospel of Luke 2:41-52, we have the first recorded public words spoken by Jesus. And He said to them, “Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” (Luke 2:29) If someone were to ask you your purpose on this planet would they need documentation, or a dissertation? Could they see your life purpose written in your FIELD OF FRUIT? If people looked at the letter written through your recent actions, what would that story, that epistle tell? The Time is NOW to be about the FATHERS BUSINESS. How do we know the business of the FATHER? Through the life, death and resurrection of the SON, our Lord and Savior Jesus of Nazareth!
